Supply Chain Architecture

We manage complex cargo and projects that fall outside standard frameworks.

Our solutions are shaped by understanding risk at every stage.

Logistics is not measured by miles.

It is driven by thinking.

DLS design and control supply chains built around your project.

THE PROBLEM

Unstructured execution creates predictable risk
Execution often begins before structure is defined.

When action starts without proper analysis, costs rise later in the project.

Budgets become unstable and compliance risks increase.

Operational fixes restore flow — but reduce performance.

Costs do not disappear.
They are redistributed.
“If you think competence is expensive, try incompetence - it will cost you much more”
Johann Stahl von Holstein
We begin where others react — at the planning stage.
Before operations start, we design the structure that defines control.

Responsibilities are clarified.
Exposure is analyzed.
Expectations are aligned in advance.

By anticipating operational and regulatory risks, we establish clarity from the outset.

Because resilient supply chains are not improvised.
They are engineered.

OUR IDEA

Control costs less than correction

SOLUTIONS

We identify structural, operational and regulatory exposure at the planning stage, designing supply chains around controlled risk rather than assumed stability.

Risk Architecture

We build clear decision frameworks, define responsibilities and align operational flow before execution begins.

Planning & Control

We integrate compliance requirements into the structure of the project, reducing uncertainty and preventing downstream disruption.

Regulatory Alignment

We model financial exposure across the full supply chain, ensuring transparency of cost drivers and long-term economic stability.

Financial Impact

We do not aim to offer the widest range of services.
We focus on the areas where structure, risk and financial impact meet — because that is where real value is created.

Our selectivity is intentional and allows us to deliver clarity, precision and accountability.

Every service we provide is part of a larger supply chain architecture — not an isolated transaction.
We continuously refine our processes to ensure consistency, regulatory alignment and measurable control.

PROJECTS

The production of the modular house took longer than planned, while the consignee in the USA needed to receive the cargo as soon as possible. The cargo — 1015 × 398 × 400 cm and over 11 tons — was a logistical challenge on its own.

An additional hurdle came from the certification of the fastening timber, which had to comply with the ISPM-15 standard. Our team promptly replaced the non-compliant materials to ensure full conformity.

BREAKING POINT

Out-of-gauge unit lashing onto 40FR container
When a client prepared a car for a UAE racing event, the vehicle needed to be containerized, insured, and shipped under temporary export terms with a customs debt deposit.

The re-import process and event schedule left no margin for terminal complications or handling damage. A key point was the weight distribution inside the container. After the checkered flag, we ran the play in reverse — same process, same outcome — returned as it arrived.

A TOY STORY

Racing car shipping under full DDP handling
Upon opening a container with juice concentrate shipped from the Netherlands, it became clear that the pallets under the drums had rotted and lost their structural integrity. Several drums had collapsed and were leaning dangerously.

Our team quickly decided to launch Operation “Drum Clamp” — using a specialized forklift attachment to carefully relocate the drums onto new pallets. Sourcing that equipment at that moment was no easy task…

STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY

Installation of drums on reinforced pallets
During the launch of a cardiovascular medical device program, the shipment required export to non-EU destinations under strict regulatory controls. The main challenge was obtaining the export license and ensuring correct medical classification.

The procedures were coordinated directly with the customs regulatory unit, securing proper authorization and compliant clearance. The goods were released for export without unexpected delays.

VITALLY IMPORTANT

Export-ready packaging, certified and sealed
We handled this assignment with the highest level of operational priority, involving the delivery of industrial steel components for the oil and gas sector from India to Kazakhstan.

At a transit port, we optimized the cargo configuration during transshipment from containers to road transport, avoiding unnecessary out-of-gauge classification for the inland leg. This approach reduced overall delivery costs by approximately 30% while maintaining schedule reliability.

Beyond the Edge

Energy-sector cargo optimized to avoid out-of-gauge costs
We were nominated to take part in a project of European importance — Rail Baltica, the new high-speed rail line connecting the Baltic States with the wider European network. Our task was to urgently deliver the Murena from Northern Italy to Riga.

Fully compliant with manufacturer recommendations, the crawler rig was partly disassembled, secured, and dispatched on time. In just four days, Murena reached the construction site right on schedule.
